I just want to travel...

 My whole life I have wanted to travel. It really doesn't matter much to me where, I've discussed it many times with my parents, if they ask me what countries I would like to know, I answer: All.

That greatly influenced my decision about what to study.

If I have to talk about my ideal job, it would be working online. My dad works like this, editing news for a foreign agency and I hope to be able to do something very similar. That would allow me to travel anywhere, perhaps even on a cruise ship. Not being anchored to one place (and since I don't want children, I would spend most of my salary on travel).

I am studying journalism because I believe in the power of words. I always liked to write and I wanted something that would let me do it. Also, we have to accept it, journalism in Chile is deficient and super controlled by a single sector, I don't want that, we have to change it.

My father is a journalist and he always told me his travel stories through journalism. I believed that he was great and that he would allow me to travel a lot, so that was also very important.

I hope to be able to travel as much as I want, for a very long time. It's all I really want and if I have to dedicate my life to it, I will.
